Refund & Return Policy

PLEASE INSPECT YOUR SHIPMENT UPON ARRIVAL. Mark any damage on your shipping acceptance papers in order to receive full value of fixing the damage. Then call Rite Products at +1 (800) 662 0489 to report the damage. 

Returns

The following is an explanation of the Rite Products return policy, which describes how to return your item. Rite Products responds as quickly as possible to resolve returns with their customers.

Rite Products will issue returns, exchanges and refunds for the following situations:

  • Items damaged in shipping
  • Products that do not work with your application
  • Incorrect shipments

Refunds

Complete the following steps to receive a return, exchange or refund:

  1. Please send an email to sales@rite-products.com notifying Rite Products of your request. If the reason for return is a damaged product or incorrect shipment Rite will send you an electronic return label. If you are unable to print out labels on your computer, please let us know in your email to send a paper return label.
  2. Ship your returned item to the address below. Please include a note specifying your name, the reason for the return, and whether you want to refund or replace the product.

  3. Once Rite Products receives the product, please give 2-3 business days for us to process your return. You will receive an email or phone call notifying you of your return or refund.
